     I like the classification of M. Burns, and, Mr. Brock, could you post more details of the book you 
mentioned (ISBN, Publisher)?
     Personally, I like the term Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing (RP&M). Conceptually, Rapid 
Manufacturing covers prototyping, but it allows the human spirit to retain old habits...  :-)
     I could accept Fast Freeform Fabrication if I were allowed to abbreviate it to F^3 or F^4.  :-)
