Hello Fellow Rapid Prototypers:

I'm interested in keeping abreast of a specific Rapid Prototyping 
discipline dealing with complex electronic systems, incorporating 
application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs).  Most of the 
information I have seen within this forum seems to address
areas such as metals/plastics, and the prototyping of other mechanical
elements.

It appears that many different disciplines have embraced the term Rapid 
Prototyping and that my discipline is not applicable here.   Are there
others out there that are interested in Rapid Prototyping from the
electronic/ASIC perspective?  Or (more likely) am I in the wrong place?
Perhaps it's time to dust off my surfboard and head for the net.
