I am delegating some responsibilities concerning the management of the mailing
list to an efficient, educated, and professional application program called
Majordomo. It was highly recommended, being the one that manages mailing
list for Unix software gurus.

Hopefully, no one will notice many changes, except, perhaps, for the efficiency
and the professionalism... 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)
Your messages will be distributed to the mailing list as usual.

You *will* notice the following:

1. Subscribe/unsubscribe messages will be filtered. Majordomo will carry out
such tasks without much ado (pun intended!). Your mailbox should no longer
   be filled with such messages.

2. Several other tasks can also be carried out automagically if you send
the right message to the right address.

   NOTICE THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:
The address of Majordomo is "majordomo@cs.hut.fi"

Majordomo understands several commands that can be included in the message
body. These commands are described below, at the end of this message.

If you have any problems, send me a message; Majordomo is rather indifferent
to problem-reports...

Regards,
Andre'
