The sensitivity of the resin that I have seen is scary!  A part that was 
built in march of 94 was placed in a bucket of water for 2 hours.  The 
results was a very flexible part.  I could twist and bend it without 
breaking it.  This same part was built using aces build style and cured 
for 30 minutes.  Also, I have been told by others that this is how their 
parts come out of the vat.  I have only noticed the tackiness and once 
the support structure was rubbery.  I do know that 3D Systems has had to 
swap out vats, (not sure how many), due to this problem.  I have not 
noticed any of the other mentioned problems.
