How many of you saw this newsletter? I didn't, despite having attended
an EARP meeting last year. How about putting it to the vote again Andre,

Do *we* care? Who are we? Just a bunch of the world's most knowledgable
experts! I think most people on this list would agree that "RP" is inappropriate
or inadequate or misleading in some way. WE can change that if we want to.
