Subject: Re: Sanders Model Maker
About two months ago, we invited Mr. Drew Santin of Santin Engineering
Inc. (SEI) to visit us to talk about his Sanders Model Maker. He brought
with him some very nice looking, fine detailed parts. Sanders is
indeed, selling their Model Maker - at least here in the United States.

Briefly, the strengths we saw were
     1. cost of the machine (approx $50,000 US).
     2. size (approx. 45cm x 52cm x 58cm)
     3. use of non-toxic materials
     4. good surface finish
     5. easy support clean-up
     6. user-friendly software

Some of the weaknesses at this time are
     1. problems with curved surfaces
     2. some problems with delamination
     3. machine reliability

I emphasize that these strengths and weaknesses are only our opinion.
