     We'd like to be able to punch (arbitrarily shaped) drain holes in STL models
to eliminate trapped volumes. Most of the time we don't have the CAD
database, so we need to make the modification on the STL. Does anyone know
of a tool with this capability (other than a cordless drill) ?
