Subject: Chrome Plating
We did not do a form of electro-plating with Cu & Ni.  The parts were 
painted first with Al paint to give conduction.  They do not like the 
parts in the Plating Lab because the temperatures they work at the 
material softens a bit, but they have worked.  For a quick,easy and 
cheap method, modelers have metal paints ie. gold, silver, and chrome.  
Not as durable as plating but looks good initially if the surface is 
smooth.
