As you can see I did not get all of your message. However, we have
done a similar, I think, project involving the construction of a scaled
SLA model of a rat nasal cavity based on a finite element model. The FE
model was constructed for fluid dynamics purposes (air flow studies). The
FE mesh was first converted into an intermediate file format useable by
our CAD package and an STL file created from there. So if you've got an 
FE model of your anatomical structure, we may be able to help.
