Dear Rp'ers

We are in the process of building a number of QuickCast parts (v1.1) and we
are noticing *significant* swelling of large flat surfaces (vertical and/or
horizontal
surfaces).

This swelling occurs somewhere in postprocessing, and looks exactly like
we have tried to inflate the part by applying positive internal air
pressure. (No, we
do not use this technique to check for air holes or to expel trapped resin.)

We are using no water in postprocessing. We sometimes use a *little*
98%ethanol to
clean up. Mostly we just use plain paper towels.

Anybody else having such problems??
Anybody know a solution??

Thanks

Tony Riek
