We use Ciba-Geigy's 5180 and 5149 in our lab, I'm assumming you are using
one of these.

Unfortunately I cannot who sent the original question, but I assume
someone is having problems with humidity. We use Damp-Rid that we buy
from K-Mart for about $3.00, refills about $2.00 which will fill the
container about 3 times and this lasts for about 2 months. This we use
inside the chamber and in the PCA, and we have dessicant bags that we put
inside the plastic bags that we put our completed parts in for shipping.

Now, you have a solution for inside the chamber, PCA, and shipping, but
what are you doing about humidity control when the part is out of the
chamber or the PCA? You need to control the humidity at all times after
the part is complete or it will pick up moisture and change geometry and
soften.

We have previously used de-humidifiers in our lab, but we have just had a new
air-conditioning system installed that is now controlling our humidity level at
at 40%.

Good Luck and keep dry!
