SLA 30mw or 40mw laser?

Subject: SLA 30mw or 40mw laser?
     Hello,
     We have a 3D Systems SLA-250 running the SL-5149 and SL-5170 resins.  
     Our laser will need to be replaced soon and we are interested in the 
     40mw laser.  What successes (or failures) have you had with this laser 
     and the SL-5149.  Does it overpower the resin and make cob-webs?  I 
     have heard conflicting stories and would like to decide soon.  The 
     majority of our parts are made with the 5149 resin
