Yakov,

We have built many wind tunnel parts out of DTM's Composite
Nylon (Protoform). Depending on how thin the walls of your
part are you may get too much flexure with this material.
Of course, our parts are for jumbo jets rather than formula
one racing cars, but since our parts hold up, I would think Protoform
would be a good option. We have also built wind tunnel parts
out of Cibatool 5180 and had few problems (we did have a nozzle shatter).
While being more brittle than Protoform, I believe it is less "flexy".
