Ditto to Joe DeGuglielmo's comment. I myself have never understood the
need for '+' at the beginning of a telephone number. As one could dial
a negative number. In short, to quote a commonly heard and not well
translated saying from my former advisor: 'stop worrying about a knit on a
knats nut'. Let's concern ourselves here with information exchange and leave
minute details of formatting etiquette to appear as they may.
