I think the operative word here is how much warpage. I have seen some metal
castings with terrible warpage. Most injection molded parts end up with
substatial warpage and shrinkage. The RP masters may not warp too much but
subsequent procees do indeed produce some warpage. As an engineer, the trick is
to design the part with this in mind.
