* The conference fee includes: admission to the conference and trade
show, a copy of the conference proceedings, all scheduled luncheons,
receptions, and breaks. Tutorials and workshops are at an additional
fee.
+ Multiple: more than one attendee from same organization.
Cancellations: Cancellations made after March 1, 1997, are subject to a
$75 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made after March 21,
1997. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
