At Coulter we also use the 24 hour a day, 30 or 31 days a month
method. Our builds are in 5 categories:
1. less than 7 hours
2. 7 hrs to 15 hrs
3. 15 hrs to 24 hrs
4. 24 hrs to 48 hrs
5. greater than 48 hrs.
This allows us to run more efficiently and delivery models within 2
days of the request, of course, that is if the model does not take 2 or
more days to build on a SLA-250. At times, scheduling can be a
nightmare when were swamped and of course no one wants to spend a couple
of bucks to send it outside! So, they wait!
But that helped justified the second SLA-250.
