I consider 365 days a year as 100% capacity, because the machine does
run unattended. With this method I averaged 85% usage of our one
SLA-250. The justification for the 2nd SLA-250 came about because the
excutive staff was informed of the high usage, the 1 month backlog and
the ROI figures. The big kicker was a high profile project that was
redesigned in 3 days and prototyped in 2 days and presentated to the
excutive staff. Hope this helps.
