As I see it:
1) 3D gets the STL monopoly
2) EOS can sell sintering in the US with no resistance from 3D
and with only DTM as competitor.
but....
3) Does 3D hold patents which are applicable to sintering? which/what?
4) How does this change the EOS/DTM situation?
5) How come Yakov knows everything and 3D says nothing????
I have read both press releases, but am still not certain that I
understand the implications.
Any takers? please explain the situation to me!!
