Todd asks about the "shadow lines" as we call them. We use Allied Signal
resin and they are quit pronounced on an otherwise flat surface, so resin is
not the answer. All I can suggest, and I have tried a few things already;
1. Sandpaper/scrapers.
2. Design with no holes and drill them as a post process.
3. Wait(a long time) for 3D to improve the drawing algorithim and 250
software.
