Q on LOM

I have a question to all those using LOM technology and especially those
using it for the ceramics.

1. What is the Co2 laser profile.Is it gaussian laser.
2. What are the typical temperature achieved when the laser is cutting
thetapes.

3. Especially to ceramics LOM, does the Co2 laser melts the ceramic or it
justs melts the polymer binders of the tapes to cut the shape.

Any information, suggestion, pointers to publication will be highly
apprecaited.
