We also suffered this problem. It is because of the high humidity
problem. Therefore, we take two measures to cope with the situation:
1) set up a chamber of humidity about 50% (in Hong Kong the RH is
usually very high)
2) convert to Dupont 6110 resin which shows less affection by
humidity
