Simon - Have you looked at spin casting? While it's not a "traditional" RP
technique (based on solid models) it is very quick & can give you limited
production runs - quite accurate w/LOW tooling costs - NOTE - this does
produce parts directly - unlike Keltool or Rapid tool - I don't think it
would work to produce tooling.
