1. Mold Maker
Skills should include:
7 to 10+ years of experience
Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming and tool path generation
Basic mold design
CNC/DNC operation
2. Casting Technician
Skills should include:
3+ years experience
RTV mold construction
Urethane casting, pressure, vacuum & combination
Must have eye for high quality
3. Injection Mold Operator
3+ years experience
Any certification is helpful
All of these positions have very competitive wage rates based on experience.
