I have a question about the press release below. Are these two guys
alleging that DTM knew it would have a larger loss and did not report
it or what? Isn't the purchase of stock for any IPO a gamble? Can
anyone shed some light on the details of this baby.

********
AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- DTM Corporation (Nasdaq: DTMC -
news) announced today that a lawsuit has been filed against it
alleging material omissions from its initial public offering
prospectus in violation of certain provisions of The Securities Act of
the State of Texas. The suit was filed in the 225th Judicial District
Court of Bexar County, Texas and is styled John J. Danielson and
Thomas E. Harding v. DTM Corporation. The suit purports to be a class
action on behalf of all purchasers of DTM common stock between May 2,
1997 and June 18, 1997, the date on which DTM announced its
anticipation that its results for the quarter ending June 30, 1997 and
the year ending December 31, 1997 would be significantly below
previous estimates. DTM believes that the plaintiffs' allegations are
without merit and intends to contest them vigorously.
