I apologize for the shameless plug, but Alair Griffin did make an
excellent point that attending "Reverse Engineering and Inspection
Techniques/Applications" on April 1 & 2 in Troy, Michigan would be a
great way of clearing up any confusion in the use of scan data and the
area of rapid prototyping. Presentations will be given covering all
types of scanning/digitizing to applications that include rapid
prototyping and more.
