Silicon tooling using LOM

Dear RP'ers,
We are trying to produce silicon replicas from our LOM models to be used
sand casting. The process involves first silicon mold production which
is the negative of LOM model and then casting resin into that mold
several times (20-25) to have multiple copies. However, we experience
difficulty when separating LOM out from silicon mold. LOM models are
only coated with lacquer. Does anybody use a special separator coating
or process for such applications?

Another question: Does any 2030H user experience shifting in dimensions
especially while building large envelopes? Any tip to fix it?

Thanks in advance,
Aydin Kuntay
