Regarding your questions:
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance: this is the same as magnetic resonance imaging.
Patients got paranoid about the word 'nuclear' so it has been dropped.
Magnetic Resonance Interferometry: I'm not sure on this one
Neuroendoscopic Techniques: these are techniques used to pass a telescopic
(endoscopic)instrument into the fluid cavities within the brain called the
ventricles. A neuroendoscopist is a neurosurgeon who is trained to perform
such operations.
Acute hydrocephalus is a build up of fluid within the ventricles of the
brain. A neuroendoscopist may diagnose this condition by using nuclear
magnetic imaging to visulalise the ventricles and then use neuroendoscopic
techniques to drain the fluid.
