Dear RP community,

I am looking for some company who has experience in molding, either
from silicone or from a rapid tool foam material to make a light weight
part with a density of about 0.2 - 0.3 g/cm3, starting from either an
SLA pattern we could deliver or an STL file if in house SLA capabilities
are available. The part in question is a particularly shaped tyre
protecting a wheel with a diameter of about 270 mm. The part should
exhibit a Shore hardness of about A 40 and the material should have a
white or translucent base color so that a pigment with the appropriate
color (probably) could be added. We would need about 20 copies.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or comments

Paul Bernhard
