Actually the value proposed in the Indiana Legislature was 3.16 and not 3.00.
Still it shows what the technically illiterate come up with. As an industrial
designer I am not supprised based on some of the requirements we must make
because people are technologically adverse.
On the other hand some times it is our own damn fault.
