        Joe,

         We still have full maintenance on all 3 of our sla's. I feel
that the response time and effort from Mark is excellent when we have a
problem. This could be in part because he lives close by.

        We also keep thinking about alternative care because of cost but
wonder if the savings might be lost in legwork, paperwork and down time.
