Off-topic, Non-RP, Holiday question (USA only)

Sorry to bother our non-US members, but I am wondering what day off (if
any) your company will take this July 4, as it falls on Saturday.
 
The US Postal Service (motto: we take more holidays than anybody) says
they will take Saturday off as a paid holiday. My employees don't seem
to agree with that stance.
