                           (Business Wire; 06/02/98)

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1998--

Leading Provider of CAD/CAM/CAE Solutions to Resell 3D QuickFill
for Integrated Plastic Part and Injection Mold Design

C-MOLD(R), the leading innovator of advanced desktop CAE solutions for
the plastics industry, announced that Unigraphics Solutions agreed to
resell 3D QuickFill(TM) through its 70 global offices.

While the solids-based simulation software was launched less than one year
ago, it has already been implemented by hundreds of manufacturers around
the world. 3D QuickFill will be sold as an add-on module to Unigraphics for
engineers involved with plastic part and/or injection mold design.

C-MOLD and Unigraphics Solutions have long been recognized within the
automotive and consumer products sectors as providers of high performance
CAD/CAE technology with outstanding compatibility. Both companies share a
customer base that includes several Delphi divisions, General Motors,
Gillette, Eastman Kodak, and Philips Electronics.

"Bellwether companies are selecting 3D QuickFill for its simplicity and its
dual utility for both plastic part and injection mold design," comments
John Mazzola, president of Unigraphics Solutions. "Our decision to
integrate and resell 3D QuickFill will provide our customers with a fast
and easy CAE tool to address their need for reliable engineering data to
drive up-front design decisions."

"Our focus is on reliable, scalable solutions to optimize the entire
plastic part development process," explains Peter Medina, C-MOLD's chief
operating officer and sr. vice president of sales and marketing. "Our
relationship with Unigraphics Solutions provides integrated tools for the
designer that work with advanced CAD and CAE tools to speed innovative and
manufacturable plastic product designs to market."

"The outstanding technical merit of C-MOLD software has earned the company
much respect within the Unigraphics Solutions user community," stated Chuck
Grindstaff, director of Unigraphics Solutions Design and Analysis Product
Business Unit. "The fact that 3D QuickFill uses the same simulation solver
engine as the company's advanced CAE products will certainly be a source of
confidence for users."

3D QuickFill automatically reads in solid geometry data within Unigraphics
and prepares the solid model for simulation. Using a simple, four-step
process, designers can quickly identify areas of concern and access remedy
options that are automatically suggested. A unique material data system is
incorporated with 3D QuickFill to insure designers are never limited from
evaluating the more than 20,000 commercially available candidate polymer
materials. 3D QuickFill provides a specific resin database of more than
4,400 materials along with Resin Builder(TM), a proprietary technology that
allows the designer to create an infinite number of custom resins for use
in 3D QuickFill.

In addition to showing the designer if a problem exists, 3D QuickFill
provides extensive design advice on why the problem exists and what can be
done about it. Common issues such as part quality, manufacturability, and
cost can be addressed by a non-specialist using 3D QuickFill for
Unigraphics.

Unigraphics Solutions will sell 3D QuickFill for less than $10,000 per
network license that runs on Windows 95, Windows NT, DEC Alpha NT, IBM AIX,
Sun Solaris, Hewlett Packard HP-UX, and SGI Irix platforms.
