In case anyone else has this question, here is the answer:

The book has gone out of print at Prentice Hall so Ennex has taken back the
rights. It is not worth printing enough copies to do it by offset, so we have
reprinted it in a photocopied, softcover edition. The advantage is the price
has been dropped from $76 to $35. The quality of the photocopies is not bad; we
have not had any complaints.

When the revised edition is available, we will make a new deal with a major
publisher or we will have the book professionally printed under our label. The
photocopied edition is just to satisfy ongoing demand until the revised edition
is available.

Let me know if you have any other questions or comments about this.Best
regards,
Marshall Burns
