SLA hand finishing

Hello all,

My previous employment was with a SLA based Rapid Prototyping
business in Perth Australia (Solid Concepts). We spent a great
deal of time and effort finishing SLA parts so that no growth
lines were visible, all holes round etc.

This work was well worthwhile - clients were always very
pleased and often amazed. This effort definitely increased
the amount of business.

Since then I have seen parts from other companies and each time
I see them I am disappointed because they are not as good as
I know they can be with a bit of time, effort and skill.

So I wondered how long some of you SLA bureaus out there would
allow one person to hand finish 2 halves of an average mobile
phone housing.

Regards

Mark.
