Dear List,
I am master of engineering student in Asian Institute of Technology. I
hope to manufacture wax patterns from LOM tool.These wax patterns will be
used to do the investment casting. The material of my final part will be
aluminum.
Would you please explain the following question to me. It will be help full
for my thesis work.
1. Materials to glue the parts of wax pattern.
2. Information of Wax suppliers.
2. Shrinkage allowance of was patterns. (Volumetric or Dimensional)
3. Shrinkage allowance of aluminum.
4. Injection pressure for the wax, to inject to LOM tool.
5. How to archive the surface finish of the LOM tool?
