Tim:
Over 130 Actua units were sold last year without a single return of a
system. Your situation is very much NOT the norm! Your local VAR should get
this system fixed ASAP.

We have been running Actua for over 15 months now with ZERO on-going
problems. We have had a head replaced (covered under warranty) and have had
great results.

The new TJ75 material - were running Black - is a GREAT improvement. The
detail is stunning and the top surfaces are exquisite.

Let's get you running right! Contact your local VAR or 3D District Manager
immediately.

Sincerely,

Brad Fox
