We have a semi-rigid polyurethane system for simulation of polypropelene
or polyethylene type components. This product is well suited for
production of living hinges and other flexible parts with high
hardness. The following table outlines basic mechanical properties:

TYPICAL CURED SYSTEM PROPERTIES for PC99VS/G31VS

Density ASTM (D 792) g/ml 1.15 - 1.20
Shore Hardness @ 0° F 73-76 D
                @ 77° F 63-66 D
                @ 140° F 61-64 D
                @ 212° F 61-64 D

Linear shrinkage (silicone mold @ 140° F) % 0.15 - 0.35
Max. recommended operating temperature ° F 212
Flexural strength ASTM (D 790) psi 2,800 - 3,200
Flexural elastic modulus ASTM (D 790) psi 55,000 - 58,000
Tensile strength ASTM (D 638) psi 2,800 - 3,200
Elongation ASTM (D 638) % 210 - 230

Feel free to contact me with any questions.
