I'm pleased to read the comment of Frank Beran. He wrote aboute a real
on-line quoting and ordering system even with a quarateed delivery day
and you get normal SLA models. It is the Next Day service from
Materialise.
The Materialise Next Day service is available for Europe. With the
special designed freeware software you can visualise and check the stl
file. Based on the geometry of the file a price is calculated on-line.
If you like the price, nothing can hold you from ordering. It is just
clicking with your mouse on the next button and the order will be put.
Together with the order the stl file will be compressed and tranfered to
Materialise. Dependig on the speed of your internet connection a quote
is made within a few seconds and ordering within a few minutes.
The parts are made by stereolithography. There are two materials
available. First of al RigiPox (Dupont Somos 7120) and since a month
also FlexoPox (Dupont Somos 8120) for flexable part with snap
connection.
