    The Roland Digital Modella and Picza are not new, having been out for at least
a year now. I agree that they are interesting offerings, especially the Picza. The
Modella is still not really suitable for an office or home environment because
milling is inherently messy. Nonetheless, the Modella is a (subtractive)
fabricator or "RP machine."

    It's good that you've pointed these products out here because you are right
that they are typically ignored in our industry. I'd like to see Terry Wohlers
begin to include numbers on the Modella in his annual survey of this industry.
