How true to life does your model have to be?

Often the small "Matchbox" toy cars/ trucks
come very close to the real thing. Once you have
the electronic scan data, scale it in your software package.

Subject: Scanning a Truck !!

Dear List

I need to scan a whole truck and produce a Unigraphics solid model
Mi first idea was to ask General Motors for its outer shell solid model, but I dont think they will be willing to provide it.

so do someone have an idea how to scan it since the size is pretty big

I will appreciate any feedback

PD remember that I am in Central Mexico where the technological resources are not as many as in the States.
