The problem is with degenerate shells, 3dverify gives a 'good' message but
if the degenerate shell which could be a simple single triangle that does
not have vertex matching at all three nodes will be closed into a zero
volume shell by having another triangle superimposed on it with an opposing
normal direction thus a shell of zero volume.

If the shell is perpendicular to the build axis then it gives a problem for
on the fly hatching during build verification.

The hatch fill is to small and thus gives the above message.

It would help if members gave the buildstation software or slice software
release numbers.

i.e. is it buildstation 4.1.1 or is it a pre release?

To overcome degenerate shells use magic's and convert shells to parts save
the main body part and then delete all the degenerate shell parts.

sorted ! Falons a champion !
