SUBJECT: AAROFLEX Inc. announces that the dismissal of the lawsuit
against AAROTEC Laboratories, Inc. and Albert C. Young, Jr. was upheld
by the Appellate Court.

AAROFLEX Inc. announces that the Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit has affirmed the District Court's dismissal of the defendants,
AAROTEC Laboratories, Inc. and Albert C. Young, Jr. In doing so, the
court has released the two parties from the jurisdiction in California,
thus exonerating them from further legal action there, concerning the
pending lawsuit brought about by 3D’s original lawsuit.

AAROFLEX Inc., along with the DUPONT technology was the first to utilize
rotary encoders, and DC brushless motors for improved scanning
accuracy. Also, AAROFLEX was the first to use coating from above for
more consistent build quality. AAROFLEX was the first to use an AOM for
turning the beam on and off for better exposure control. These
innovations are now used by the competition in their new generation of
machines. These improvements are included in DUPONT or AAROFLEX
patents. DUPONT along with AAROFLEX have continued to be the design
innovator of stereolithography equipment for more than 11 years.
Therefore, it appears that the AAROFLEX competition is infringing on
AAROFLEX technology.

In Northern Virginia, we have the “rocket docket” which is a
demonstration Federal Court for speedy resolution of disputes. We have
requested through our legal counsel that the plaintiff move the case to
this court for quick settlement. The plaintiff has continued to refuse
a quick settlement. Apparently the negative marketing is more
beneficial to the plaintiff than a speedy settlement.

The legal threats made by our competitor have limited the free flow of
goods and services. This has allowed prices to increase for SLA
machines, which are determined by the volume leader. Who is the loser?
You! The RP industry.

Henry Ford once said, “what is good and right is not impossible.” Our
actions are good and our actions are right. Success will come for the
benefit of all.

AAROFLEX Inc. is located in Fairfax, Virginia and is a design leader in
solid imaging products and services for concept to market technology.

AAROTEC is an international design firm. Mr. Young is not an attorney,
but rather, an old fashioned engineer who believes in giving the client
a superior product.
