You might try "Pure Fluid Magic" in Santa Clara, CA at (408) 748-1222 and
ask for Norma Jean Iverson or their web site is www.purefluidmagic.com

I believe they do a lot of fine detail stereolithography work for the
semiconductor industry and they have a specially modified SLA-250 running a
"small spot" Liconix laser.
