I use the Kensington Mouse. The current ones have 4 buttons (Expert or
Turbo). The original KM had only two buttons. I have been using them
for over 10 year and would not try to work on a computer for long
periods any other way.

The 2 1/4" ball of the Kensington is better and more ergnomic than the
small ball on the Orbit. You can spin the ball with either the finger
tips or the palm.
