yes you can,

but first the entities to be STl must be surfaces or polysurfaces......use
"Tools | Polygon Mesh | From NURBS Objects" and select all the surfaces and
polysurfaces.

once the surfaces and polysurfaces have been converted to meshes...than use
"Tools | Polygon Mesh | Join" to form a single polygon mesh and save "only"
this single polygon mesh as a STL.
