3D Keltool has, in the past, been used to produce electrodes directly from
accurate stereolithography Master Patterns.
There are some issues with materials and costs but there are potential
benefits (ability to reproduce complex geometries and feature dense parts
quickly as well as potentially requiring far fewer electrodes than
conventional electrodes). 3D Keltool is currently only licensing their A6
steel/tungsten carbide/copper insert technology. They are not licensing
electrode technology at this time.
