Thanks to all who replied to my mail on this subject. Progress so far is as follows

3D have been in and done some window panes (the machine was miles out) This should be a warning to all who have recently changed their resin.

We are currently completing a series of parameter tests to set other variables on the machine (we are setting the variables which the list thought important from their replies)

If the tests produce some interesting results we will publish them in some form. For now does anyone know of any published work on machine optimisation.
