I think we have sufficient measurement units to represent length:
one millimeter = 1 mm
.001 inch = 1 m in
I don't think we need to introduce another unit of measurement.
GA already stands for Genetic Algorithm, a global optimisation
procedure which certainly concerns CAD people.
