Strength of Photopolymers

Hello RP list

I put this question to the mail few days back, but due to lack of reply, I
am putting this again. Hope people will forward some suggestions as this is
an urgent matter.

We have Cubital's SGC machine and we uses photopolymers X611 (previously
G5601) supplied by the Cubital Inc. The strength of these photopolymers is
very poor and components made by it break even under small forces/loads.

Can anybody help me in suggesting ways to improve the strength of the these
photopolymeric materials? Also can you supply the values of physical
properties of these materials?

One way which I could think of is to reinforce these photopolymeric liquids
with the fibers or particulates to make them composite before exposing them
to UV light. In this aspect I am not sure how to carry out the execution of
the idea. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.
Puneet
